As part of continual efforts by our data centre partner to provide the highest level of service, a planned electrical maintenance will be performed.
Details of Changes:
Beginning May 31, 2025 [23:00 PT/UTC-7] [11 PM PT/UTC-7] our data centre partner will perform repairs to electrical installations in our colocation facility. This is considered a high risk and high impact maintenance process and a downtime of up to three hours can be expected on inbound calling to some DIDs in the Greater Vancouver, Edmonton, and Calgary local interconnect regions, outbound traffic, including 911 calling will remain unaffected.
Our data centre partner has carefully planned this maintenance to minimize the impact, risks, and total downtime. Their team will be on standby to assist IXICA during this procedure if required.
